If I could give this place a 0 star rating, I would. The staff wasn't talkative or friendly. The service was awful and the food took forever to be ready. The food I received was gross and tasted like straight up flour, the mushrooms were also hard. I'm Italian, I know what it should've tasted like. I did not eat my food and I asked for it to be taken off our bill, the waitress told me no and that I would have to pay for it. I asked to speak with the owner and he came out and tried to argue with me. He did end up taking it off the bill after arguing with me. Enjoy your dollar tip that you don't even deserve. We will never be coming back to this restaurant.
Very good pizza! The thin crust has a nice chew to it. Just the right amount of cheese and sauce. Nicely seasoned Italian sausage.

La Rocca's is a charming little place at the edge of Oregon, and it offers such a variety of home-made, comfort Italian dishes to satisfy anybody's palate. The owners are both originally from Italy and have been cooking in their own kitchen and restaurants for over 30 years, you can't beat that. Everything is made in house and from scratch, just as they would make it for themselves. The service is average, and I agree that sometimes it can take a bit long for your food to come out, but the wait to totally worth it when you taste the food and know that it was made right then and there and wasn't sitting in some steam table all night waiting. We've had just about everything on their menu and continue to order from there every week! Highly recommend this place, it's a must try!!!!
Best Italian food around. It's a quaint place I would put up against any in Madison in terms of taste and experience.
