I wouldn't even give them 1 star! They are absolutely horrible. I had a scheduled tow with them thru AAA. When calling them to get a better ETA, the guy on the phone told me, " your cars dead, not you" and also that 'he'd be there sooner, if I hadn't called' and then hung up!! Right away, I cancelled my scheduled tow with them and got a new one. Not only do I not want to do business with a company who talks to people like that, who know what else they do. Their website says " Let our family treat you like family" I feel sorry for the rest of their family!
