Last couple of times I requested no lettuce on my sandwiches. There was lettuce on both last night and the French fries tasted and looked like they were just dipped back into the grease to heat up some old fries. I am usually satisfied with your food, this time not so much.
I love Cousin's Sub especially the bread and stop whenever I am near one. They do excellent job at packing my sandwich so I can enjoy it the next day.

They screw up my order 2/5 times and it just happened today again. and it's not a hard order when it's on the menu. half of their system is them yelling across the restaurant "melt" or whatever you order and then they make it wrong and package it so you can't tell they screwed up
Best subs ever, I finally found a restaurant that was a hour and a half from me and a sub from Cousin's is worth the drive.
