Great gym with child care included. I always get a great workout in the classes due to the excellent instructors. Not a fancy place. No showers, but great community. Staff will learn your name. Online sign up.
Miranda and Krysten at The Zone in Oregon, WI are incredible. They aren't just trainers, they're life coaches in a very in-direct way. They helped me, and so many others to not only get in shape physically, but to use that time to work out emotionally as well. I've experienced personal training, small group classes (which they specialize in!) and unique programs they put together that focus on both fitness and nutrition, and there is nothing that compares. And I love the free childcare too for my girls! This gym is truly a diamond in the ruff. You feel like you're part of something really special when you work out there.
