I can't believe I am rating a dentist 4 stars, I hate going to dentists, but when I cracked a tooth 3 weeks ago, and looked for the closest dentist to me, Dr. Murphy was able to see me during what would normally be his lunch hour. Yesterday I had a cleaning and checkup at my new dentist office, Murphy Family Dentistry.
I'm new to town and called to make an appt. Nobody answered, so I called back ten minutes later and again no answer. No biggie, I clearly stated my name and number and said I was a new patient looking to make an appointment. That was three days ago.... needless to say, they lost two (my husband and myself) potential customers. #yousnoozeyoulose
